What Word Search Builder Is

Word Search Builder is a free tool that turns your own words into a word search. Type the words in, set the rows and columns, and the puzzle is ready to print.

The puzzle is yours to shape. Give it a title and instructions, add a name and date line, choose whether words run backwards, run diagonally, or cross one another, and pick uppercase or lowercase letters. The sheet is sized for Letter or A4, and the puzzle, the answers, or both save as a PDF.

Why It Runs in Your Browser

Everything happens on your own device. The puzzle and the PDF are made in your browser, so the words you type are never sent to a server. That keeps it fast and private, with nothing to install and no account to create. Your most recent puzzle is kept in the browser too, so it is still there when you come back.

Who Made It
